Huge crowds for reds games
steady crowds for NRL
Then Crusaders vs Reds round robin match
Then State of origion game two
And wallibies vs all blacks tri nations coming up
what would they be doing with all of this money they are making
And then crusaders vs reds final
Suncorp stadium cost 280million dollars. So i think they have a bit of a debt to pay back first.
That being said, every final/test/state of origin usually brings in 50,000 people, every broncos game brings in 30,000, union – 30000, soccer 12000, so that is a lot of people paying for tickets and also buying food/drinks.
The money would be used to pay back the original cost of the redevelopment and if and when they make a profit, it will go into the pockets of who ever invested in the development.
